It improves the function of the gastrointestinal tract, prevents digestive issues, clear skin, balance ph levels.

Ginger

Ginger is known for its antibacterial nature. It helps to soothe the stomach pain, cold and in weight loss by suppressing the appetite.

Water

Water is the resource of every creature on the earth, water maintains the body fluids. As we know our body has 60% of water. Every day a person should consume 7 – 8 glass of water. Consuming more water can also help you with weight loss and keeps your body hydrated always. Dehydration makes your body weak and the skin looks wrinkled and dry. Always take 2 glass of water before 30 min of any meal. It helps you to eat a small amount of the meal.

Ingredients

2 Glass of water

1 Lemon

1/2 Ginger

4 Garlic clove

 

  • First, cut the lemon into 2 parts and squeezed the juice into a bowl, put it aside.
  • Put a bowl on gas and pour 2 glass of water and let it be warm.
  • After 4 – 5 min put those squeezed lemons in this warm water and again let it be warm for 3 – 4 mins.
  • Other hand side cut the ginger in small parts and take 4 cloves and wash it well then grind it in a grinder until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
  • Now mix this mixture into that water bowl and mix it well and after 1 min take off it from the gas.

Now your delicious drink is ready.

Take this drink every morning in empty stomach to lose weight within a few Weeks.

Note:  Take this remedy early in the morning in an empty stomach.  Consume it for two weeks continuously for better result you can also use it in the night after dinner. I am pretty sure, you will notice the change within a week.
