The first and very important thing in weight loss is the meal. So, always try to take your meal at home, On very special occasions go out to eat. Mostly veggies are natural in low fat and also help in weight loss like Broccoli, Spinach, Carrot, Watercress, Lettuce, Alfalfa Sprouts, Cucumber, celery, cabbage, mushrooms and more which are low in calories.
Try to cut out the carbohydrates, carbs are playing a very important role in weight gain. So, try to cut out carbs and intake protein like Beans (beans are very high in protein), Soybeans, Green Peas, Lima Beans, Spinach, Sweet Corn, Asparagus, Mushrooms, Broccoli and more.

- (!) Always start your day with a glass of warm water, But the secret tips are: Take 1 glass of warm water then add 1/2 lemon juice + 1/2 tbsp. honey and mix it well and drink it empty stomach.
(!!) Another secret weight loss drink has a secret ingredient and that is Vinegar. Take 1 glass of warm water to add 1tbsp. vinegar and add 1 tbsp. lemon juice, mix it well and drink it in the empty stomach in the morning.
Note: Here warm water does not mean lukewarm water.
- In breakfast, take 1 cup of Green Tea (try to avoid milk made tea) and add 1/2 lemon juice in it.
Note: Take Green Tea 3 times a day and add 1/2 lemon juice.
- Eat more whole grains foods rather than fatty foods. In your morning meal take 1 bowl raw papaya with 1 glass of water. After having this meal do not take any food till lunch.
- In lunchtime take 1 bowl of brown rice with some veggies, either take omelet of 2 eggs with 2 brown bread with 1 glass of lukewarm milk.
- Firstly take your dinner before 9 P.M. and after having dinner for a walk. In your dinner take a very light meal. Try to not to take rice at night. 1 bowl of watermelon and a 2 – 4 piece of oranges or 1 bowl of boiled broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, beans with salt with 1 glass of lukewarm milk.
